SCENTBUG™ Home Fragrance Oil Fan
(in: Reviews/Give Away)
Sep 4, 2010
H
ave you been over to
Bath & Body Works
lately? I just love the Slatkin & Co.
SCENTBUG™
Home Fragrance Oil Fan. A friend of mine kept talking about how much she loved hers. So, I had to try one.
To use the
SCENTBUG™
you put a few drops of your favorite scented oil on the fragrance pad. (I'm using Pomegranate Lemonade and Aromatherapy Lavender Chamomile right now.) Slide in the drawer and push the button. A super quiet fan blows the fragrance through the air. My favorite part is there's no flame and you don't plug it in. The 2 AA batteries last for up to 75 hours. I quickly learned to use my
Energizer rechargeable batteries
in it. If you remember to shut it off, the batteries can last for weeks.
{Don't you just love a great tip from a friend... Thanks Deb}
SCENTBUG™
is $12.50- Oils are $4 with purchase of
SCENTBUG™
at
Body & Bath Works
Tip - If you ever shop online, be sure to google or yahoo store coupon codes before checking out.
Energizer Smart Charger
(in: Reviews/Give Away)
Jul 12, 2010
I
recently received an
Energizer® Recharge Smart™ Charger
at the
Kids Take Charge
seminar last month and it has been great. I have a family of five and with the use of WII remotes, TV remotes, cameras, leapsters etc. we go through batteries pretty fast. New batteries are a daily need.
Features & Benefits:
* Countdown timer shows how long until batteries are charged
* Battery Fuel Guage shows charge status
* Bad Battery Alert detects alerts and shuts off charging when a non-NiMH or old NiMH battery is inserted
* Large visual display can be viewed from across the room
* Charges 2 or 4 AA or AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries
* Charges batteries at a safe, steady rate which improves the long-term health of the NiMH battery
* For approximate charge times, download the user manual.
* Energy Star® certified
When one of my childrens electronics runs out of batteries they know just where to go. They pull out some charged batteries from the Smart™ Charger and put the dead ones in the charger. I'm a happy Momma because I'm not having to go to the store to buy batteries quite so often. :)
{disclosure: I received this product for free but I really do Love it and use it every day}

A good friend of mine Colleen mentioned this site to me. I was so excited I looked it up right away and wanted to share.
Have you registered your children yet for a summer fun Bowling pass?
You get 2 free games of bowling everyday all summer.
We've already registered and just went bowling.
We took advantage of our KidsBowlFree tickets. We signed up at the Anaheim Concourse Bowling Alley. They emailed us tickets for 2 free games of bowling a day for each child in our house. My children are 9, 5 and 2 and I signed them all up. I printed the tickets and headed out.
We got to the bowling alley right when they opened. There were no hassles. I gave the employees at the shoe counter our tickets. Rented some shoes. Rental was $3 a pair. However, size 9 children's is the smallest they had. My youngest didn't have to rent shoes. (
Woo Hoo $3 saved.
)They requested she wear white or tan bottom shoes. Done!
My kids had a great time. Lots of laughs. A few times, I wasn't sure the ball would make it down the lane. But it always did. We bowled 1 1/2 games before the girls got tired and hungry.
What a great experience. Looking forward to going again with my eldest daughter.
