OC Dog License Amnesty Program

Give pet owners a break on fees for unlicensed dogs. The Orange County Board of Supervisors approved a Dog License Amnesty program. Starting April 1st to May 15th, dog owners can renew expired licenses or get new licenses with no extra charges. All dog owners living in the areas served by OC Animal Care qualify.
